Banks Performance Project, in collaboration with Experimental Station presents The Artists Series
Banks Performance Project and Experimental Station are excited to launch The Artists Series! The Artists Series will feature works-in-progress by artists of color of different artistic disciplines and a facilitated feedback session with both experts in related fields and the audience. TAS will be a quarterly public critique series with emerging artists of color that invites the community to see and discuss how works of art are developed.
The first The Artists Series was presented on Saturday, February 8, 2020, 7:00-9:00 and featured Dance. The second TAS will feature Theatre, Music, and Visual Arts. The Artists Series events will be held at Experimental Station at 6100 S. Blackstone Ave, Chicago, IL 60637 and will run from 7:00-9:00pm, with doors opening at 6:30pm. Participating presenters will receive an honorarium of $50. TAS is currently on hold due COVID-19 concerns and restrictions, but as soon as we’re able to resume, we’ll be back in action!
